Spinach & Cheese Egg Bake in the Air Fryer | Easy Breakfast or Light Dinner



Soft baked eggs, fresh spinach and melted cheese — an easy and beautiful egg bake made in the air fryer.

This layered air fryer egg bake is light, juicy and perfectly set, with tender spinach inside and a golden cheese top.
A great option for breakfast, brunch or a simple weeknight dinner.

🥚 Ingredients (4 servings)
• Eggs — 4
• Fresh spinach — 70–80 g
• Mozzarella — 50–70 g
• Cherry tomatoes — a few halves (optional, for colour)
• Salt — ½ tsp
• Black pepper — to taste
• Olive oil — 1 tsp

🔥 Cooking Steps
Wilt the spinach
180°C (356°F) — 3 minutes
Pour the eggs
Beat eggs with salt and pepper, pour over the spinach.
Add toppings
Place cherry tomatoes and mozzarella halves, cut side up.
First bake
170°C (338°F) — 8 minutes (eggs set, top still pale)
Cheese layer
Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Finish
180°C (356°F) — 3 minutes until melted and lightly golden
Total time: about 14 minutes
