πΎ Little Millets Spicy Dosa
Ingredients:
Millets:
Rajma β Kidney Beans – 1cup
Pesalu β Green Gram / Mung Beans (Whole Moong) – 1cup
Chenagalu β Chickpeas / Bengal Gram – 1cup
Minappappu (Menpappu) β -1cup Urad Dal / Black Gram (Split & Skinned) rice – 1cup Karam Paste ΰ°ΰ±ΰ°Έΰ°:
Onion β 1 (finely chopped)
Green chilies β 2 (finely chopped)
Ginger β 1 small piece (grated)
Curry leaves β few
Cumin seeds β Β½ teaspoon
Salt β as needed
Red chili powder β Β½ teaspoon (optional)
Oil β little
Method:
Wash and soak all millets, urad dal, and fenugreek seeds for 6β8 hours.
Grind into a smooth batter like dosa batter (add water as needed).
π No fermentation required.
Add chopped onion, green chilies, ginger, curry leaves, cumin seeds, salt, and chili powder. Mix well.
Heat a tawa and lightly grease it with oil.
Pour a ladle of batter and spread thin like a karam dosa.
Cook on medium flame until crispy and golden on both sides.
