Methi Chicken🤌🏼

That moment when you just want home-cooked food, not takeout.

Recipe-

Marinate chicken (600gms) with ½ cup curd, turmeric, red chilli powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, meat masala & salt (≈1 tsp each) + ginger-garlic paste (1 tbsp). Rest 20–30 mins.

Heat oil, add jeera. Once it splutters, add chopped onions and sauté till translucent.
Add ginger-garlic paste (1 tbsp), cook 3–4 mins.
Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, coriander & cumin powder; cook till soft.
Add chopped fresh methi, cook till reduced.
Add marinated chicken & cook on medium-high for 5–6 mins.
Add hot water as needed, cover and cook 15 mins till chicken is tender. Finish with garam masala (1 tsp), crushed kasuri methi and lime juice.
