Turmeric Ginger Lemon Drink (Anti-inflammatory + Metabolism Support)
Ingredients (1 serving):

1 cup warm water (not boiling)
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp grated fresh ginger (or ¼ tsp powder)
Juice of ½ lemon
A pinch of black pepper (boosts turmeric absorption)
(Optional) 1 tsp honey or a few drops of stevia

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in the warm water.
Stir well and drink first thing in the morning (empty stomach works best).
Can be consumed 4–5 times a week.
