Chicken Chili Dry —

A perfect Ramzan special—crispy chicken tossed in a spicy, flavour-packed sauce with sautéed vegetables. This Chicken Chilli Dry is ideal for iftar platters, family dinners, or special gatherings.

📝 Ingredients For chicken chilli Dry

🗒️Chicken Marination

-Chicken boneless (cut into cubes)

-Salt (to taste)

-Black pepper

-Corn flour

-Plain flour (all-purpose flour)

📝Ingredients for sautéing veggies :

Oil

-Garlic (finely chopped or paste)

-Ginger paste (adrak)

-Green chillies (slit or chopped)

-Onion (pyaz, sliced)

-Tomato (chopped)

-Capsicum (cut into cubes)

-Chilli oil

-Salt (to taste)

-Black pepper

-Ketchup

-Soy sauce

-Chilli sauce

For Thickening

Corn flour slurry (corn flour mixed with water)

👩‍🍳 Method / Description

First, take boneless chicken and marinate it with salt, black pepper, corn flour, and plain flour. Mix well until all pieces are evenly coated. Fry the marinated chicken in hot oil until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.

In a pan, heat oil and add garlic and ginger paste. Sauté until aromatic, then add green chillies. Next, add onions and sauté until slightly soft. Add tomatoes and capsicum and cook on high flame, keeping the vegetables slightly crunchy.

Now add chilli oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss well. Add the fried chicken and mix until the chicken is well coated with the vegetables and flavours. Pour in ketchup, soy sauce, and chilli sauce, mixing thoroughly.

Finally, add corn flour slurry to bind everything together and give the dish a glossy finish. Cook for a minute and switch off the flame.

Your Chicken Chilli Dry is ready to serve.
