Perfect Iftar Snack 🌙✨ Crispy Chicken Spring Rolls..🔥😋 | Easy Make & Freeze Recipe ❄️🍗

👉Required Ingredients

2 tsp oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 tsp ginger–garlic paste
½ cup sliced capsicums (red, green, and yellow)
1 cup boiled and shredded chicken
½ tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Schezwan sauce
½ tsp salt (or to taste)

8–10 spring roll sheets

For Slurry

2 tsp all-purpose flour mixed with 4 tsp water

Oil for deep frying

👉 Method (Step by Step)

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion with ginger–garlic paste until fragrant 🧅🧄

Add sliced capsicum and cabbage, then sauté for 1 minute on high flame 🌈🥬

Add boiled & shredded chicken, black pepper powder, chilli flakes, soy sauce, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes 🍗🌶️

Place the prepared filling on a spring roll sheet 🥟

Roll it tightly into a spring roll shape 🌯

Seal the edges on both sides using flour slurry 🖐️

Freeze the rolls at this stage for later use (optional) ❄️

Deep fry in medium-hot oil until golden and crispy 🔥🥢

👉 In air fryer

Time & Temperature:

Preheat: 180 °C for 3 minutes

Cook: 180 °C par 8–10 minutes

Flip once in between so that both sides turn evenly crispy

✨ Lightly spray or brush oil on the spring rolls—this helps achieve a perfect golden color and crispiness.

✨ Ready to serve hot and crunchy!
