2 cups whole milk ricotta
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2-3 tablespoons honey
pinch of sea salt
cracked black pepper
sliced baguette or sourdough

chopped pistachios
To a food processor, add the ricotta, olive oil, honey, and sea salt. Blend until completely smooth, creamy, and fluffy. Spread the apricot chilli rosemary spread onto the baguette. Spread or pipe the ricotta. Top with lemon zest and crushed pistachios on top to enjoy!
