📋 200 Calories , 7 g protein & 3 g fiber
This is 2 potions –
2 Whole Corns
250 ml low fat milk
10 g Butter
2 tsp Whole wheat Flour
3 to 4 cloves of garlic
Salt, pepper & chilli flakes
Some parsley or any herb that you like

– Steam the corn for about 7 to 8 mins
– Whisk the sauce continously to avoid lumps. Add water or milk to adjust the consistency

Healthy food is not just about limiting calories, or replacing that one tablespoon Maida with Whole Wheat Flour. It's also about consuming the right food combinations. As far as I know, the combination of Milk + Salt, is not at all suitable for the body.
