Hi Guy’s! =).Here’s my homemade chili recipe . I really hope that you like it and you can “Doctor it up” or add or subtract anything you don’t like. Below are the ingredient’s with cooking direction’s.
Item’s needed:
1 lb. Ground Beef (or any meat you like)
chopped onion’s
bell pepper’s
Anaheim Chili pepper
garlic 3-4 cloves
1 can Dark Kidney Beans (or whatever combo you like)
1 can chopped tomatoes (or whatever kind you like)
1 small can tomato sauce
2 Tbs. tomato paste
1/2 cube beef bullion cube
1 1/2 c. Water (or more)
packet of chili seasoning mix
Cumin, chili powder etc. (any other combo you like to make it taste the way you like it.)
1-2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Dash or soy sauce
2 tsp masa (optional)
2 tsp water
Fry up onions and veg. Put on different plate. Fry up met,, drain off fatt. add back the onions and veg (or you can just fry them together) salt and pepper. Add all ingredient’s except for masa. simmer uncovered for 20-45 mins depending on the time you have. When it’s done add the masa and water mixture and add it to the chili. Let it cook another 5-10 minutes then serve with cornbread or whatever you like =)
