It’s a recent ongoing glitch, people have been posting about it a bit.
On the flip side, some people are getting extra free items out of nowhere.
Hopefully they fix it with even more free items for everyone.

Make sure you’re fully sign in again. But I know that rewards can disappear after a while. Just don’t know why you wouldn’t have fire status unless you were signed out of it
