These oven-baked stuffed peppers are one of my favorite comfort foods🫑💚
Filled with seasoned minced meat, rice, vegetables, and feta cheese, then baked in a tomato sauce until juicy and soft.
This is an easy, homemade recipe that works perfectly for lunch or dinner and tastes even better the next day.

📃Ingredients:
For the filling:
2 onions, finely chopped
400 g minced meat
Salt & black pepper
Paprika powder
Turmeric
Tomato paste
Mushrooms, chopped
Mixed vegetables (corn, peas, carrots)
Tomato puree
A little water
Cooked rice
Maggi seasoning sauce
Feta cheese, crumbled
For assembling:
Bell peppers (any color)
Tomato puree (for the baking dish)
Grated cheese (Gran Moravia or similar)
👩🏻🍳 How to Cook:
Finely chop the onions and fry them in a pan until soft.
Add the minced meat and cook until browned.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika powder, and turmeric.
Stir in tomato paste, mushrooms, and mixed vegetables.
Add tomato puree and a little water, then let it simmer briefly.
Mix in the cooked rice, Maggi seasoning, and crumbled feta cheese.
Cut the bell peppers in half and remove the seeds.
Spread tomato puree on the bottom of an oven dish.
Fill the peppers with the meat and rice mixture.
Cover with foil and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Remove foil, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake uncovered for 15 minutes until golden.
Let rest a few minutes before serving.
