🥵Fiery hot Thai dipping sauce jeep colds at bay fire pepper sauce warms the soul see description



Ingredients
🌶️1 c white vinegar
🌶️1 c granulated sugar
🌶️6 cloves garlic
🌶️1/2 teaspoons salt
🌶️3 heaping tablespoons any tupe of hot pepper seeds. (Dried will be fine if you do mot have fresh)
(Save cut peppers for jam or salsa)
🌶️See note below.

🌶️Bring sugar and vinegar to a boil
Lower immediately and simmer to completely melt the sugar.
Remove from heat. Set aside

🌶️Crush garlic
Than add pepper seeds and salt
Mix to combine.
Add to vinegar mix.
This dipping sauce will
Last for months in the fridge
For longer shelf life add mix to ball canning jars
Can for 10 minutes in boiling water to seal lids

🌶️Note
You can add the chopped pepper to the mix but this will change the consistency
If you do, add about 3 tablespoons of cut pepper only

🌶️If you do not have enough seeds feel free to use dried pepper seeds.

🌶️I use a mix of which ever hot peppers I grow Ghost peppers are extremely hot and delicious
Cayenne are a grest choice

🌶️You can simply but these oepprts as well if you do not grow them

🌶️This is a small recipe.
I make 10x the amount to give to all my family and friends.
