Ingredients
Potato fry ke liye:
Aloo – 3 medium (lambe strips mein kate)
Cornflour – 3 tbsp
Maida – 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
Salt – taste ke hisaab se
Oil – deep fry ke liye
Chilli sauce ke liye:
Oil – 1 tbsp
Garlic – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Green chilli – 1 (chopped)
Onion – 1 medium (petals mein)
Capsicum – ½ cup (sliced)
Red chilli sauce – 2 tbsp
Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Cornflour slurry – 1 tsp cornflour + 2 tbsp water
Spring onion greens – garnish ke liye
👩🍳 Method
Step 1: Potato Fry
Katte hue aloo ko 10 min paani mein bhigo, phir achhe se dry karo.
Bowl mein aloo + cornflour + maida + chilli powder + salt mix karo.
Medium-hot oil mein golden & crispy hone tak fry karo. Side mein rakho.
Step 2: Sauce Preparation
Pan mein 1 tbsp oil garam karo.
Garlic aur green chilli daal ke halka sauté karo.
Onion aur capsicum daal ke high flame par 1–2 min toss karo (crunchy rehna chahiye).
Ab red chilli sauce, soya sauce, ketchup, vinegar, black pepper daalo. Mix karo.
Cornflour slurry daal ke sauce thoda thick hone do.
Step 3: Toss
Fried potatoes sauce mein daal ke high flame par jaldi se toss karo.
Spring onion se garnish karo.
