My step dad blew my mind once when he mixed a can of rotel tomatoes and hormel chili with beans together. I’m someone who normally cooks things “right” like yall did but lemme tell you, adding some frozen onions and peppers and doctoring it up a bit with seasoning and I like it over rice…I’m mad I like it hahaha it’s canned chili I mean ew right? But I made it last night with some sour cream, hot sauce, and parm over top and it’s bangin being snowed in
