







Hello everyone, it's me again, from snowy Russia. Today I made pasta soup with chicken. First, I cooked chicken thighs with garlic and onion. I fried the pasta in a frying pan (I probably overdid it a little, next time I'll fry it on low heat). I chopped tomatoes, garlic and onions in a blender, added 2 cups of water and poured it over the pasta. I brought it to a boil, added the chicken and cooked for a while. I mixed everything with the chicken broth and cooked for another 15 minutes.
I really liked the result. It's a very unusual combination of flavors, but tomatoes and onions make this soup unforgettable. I will definitely cook it again. As always, I am ready for your criticism and advice.
