
Most people are familiar with Caldos de Res, Pollo, diverse seafood options and Verduras but I don’t see anyone talk about Caldo de Piedra, you heat up a stone and drop it in the stew to heat it up and to add flavor due to the minerals.

Is this one of those things where you are making soup and you invite me to your stone soup but I have to bring an ingredient of my own to contribute 🤨
