Went to order some breakfast and get a free item cause I had a fire tier reward last week and now all my points are gone, my history is there but no reward points. Anyone else have this problem? Tried logging out and back in and reinstalling to no avail

YEAH!!! I thought I was tripping but assumed it’s cause they kept me on fire then moved back to hot but my points and a reward were missing
