What do I do, ordered through the app last night and I’m convinced my delivery driver stole it

I’ve already reported this in the app like 5 times lol…delivery never occurred. This attached picture is what they sent when they’re supposed to take a picture of the food in the drop off location. This was like a $30.00 order 😭
