Air fried Chinese chicken chili dry (pakistani style) made in Ninja Foodi Grill. Quick and easy to make with minimal ingredients for busy days!
For this recipe I used boneless chicken sliced thinly, Shan chicken chili spice mix (you can use salt, pepper, vinegar, soy sauce and some corn flour instead), egg white, oil, around a cup of bell peppers, some Serrano and jalapeños peppers and green onions. Marinate the chicken in spices 15-20 minutes. Air fry for 10 minutes, flip chicken, add peppers and onions and air fry 8 more minutes.
