Ive seen this at a few fast casual Mexican restaurants. It has red pepper flakes in it. What is this salsa called and what's a good recipe to make it at home?
Not sure the name but I usually see salsa árbol like this at spots near me. I think it’s chile seeds in there not pepper flakes btw

Looks like a red tomatillo. The red could be from arbol, guajillo, chipotle, or any number of red peppers or tomato even. Usually this is spicier than the green version, this one appears fire roasted as well
