Planted multiple cayenne pepper seeds in one pot. What do I do once they all sprout and get going (first time grower)

Hi all I am new to growing chilies and I have just started and have freshly sprouted some cayenne chilli peppers. I’m just wondering what do I do once they all start to grow? Do I eventually take them all out and put them all in one pot at the time? How’s this process work? Thank you.
