Good lord I miss getting that free chicken enchilada burrito but this just pisses me off since the other things I’d pick instead like spicy potato or 3 cheese flatbread are just greyed out despite being on the menu..what gives?

Homie, that usually means that the store is out of something used to make that stuff. It’s not that serious. It could also just be an issue with your particular franchise.
Try another location
Franchise owners are allowed to decide what is redeemable at locations. Could be that, or a supply thing, but the former is more likely.
