Perfect cold-weather cook on a pellet smoker.
What you’ll need:
• 1 bag 2 Gringos Chupacabra Chili Mix
• Pellet smoker (275°F)
• BigEZ Grill Pan or cast iron
• 2 lbs ground beef
• 1 chopped yellow onion
• Diced tomatoes, Rotel, beans, tomato sauce & beef broth
How to make it:
Smoke beef and onion at 275°F for 1 hour → drain → lower temp to 180–200°F → stir in remaining ingredients → smoke 2–4 hours until rich and smoky.
