This looks so good 😅 but meal prep like this used to fool me. I’d prep perfectly, hit my protein goals, and still feel swollen, tired, and weirdly uncomfortable after eating. No matter how clean my food was, my stomach stayed tight and my energy dipped hard. I honestly felt stuck and thought my body just didn’t cooperate. In a women’s forum someone mentioned Eat like a woman protocol by Loren Green and how it’s not about protein, but how foods mix in your body. That flipped everything for me. Digestion finally felt calm, cravings eased, and I dropped 28 lbs. Wild how no one explains this.
I used to live off high-protein meal prep 🫠 thinking that was the answer. Chicken, veggies, rice — on repeat. Still bloated, still exhausted, still frustrated. I thought I was doing everything right and it made me feel hopeless. A friend in a healing group suggested Eat Like a Woman Protocol written by Loren Green and said it helped her body finally “process” food properly. I followed it and things changed fast — flatter stomach, steady energy, and 31 lbs gone. Feels like info women are never taught.

Pretty similar preparation and sauce to your Beijing Beef, which is now a staple in my house. By the way, those Luvele containers really are fantastic. I bought a set and have added more because they are so well made and the vacuum is so easy and really does help get another few days out of my prepared meals. Kudos all around.
