These chili stuffed baked potatoes are perfect for gameday! Recipe in comments!



Everybody loves a good chili, and this is the perfect recipe for everything from entertaining large groups, to saving a boring weeknight. This is a chunky thick chili that is perfect for topping potatoes, nachos, fries, tots, hotdogs or even a chili board with all your favorite toppings! Save this reel, or share it with your favorite hosts! Just because your team didn’t make it doesn’t mean you can’t eat great!
Chili ingredients
2½ lb ground beef (80/20)
1 can Bush’s chili beans.
2 cans @RedGoldTomatoes diced tomatoes.
½ cup @kettleandfire beef broth
1 poblano, finely diced (charred & peeled if you want)
1 anaheim pepper, finely diced
1 jalapeño, seeded & finely diced
1 large onion, finely diced
5 cloves garlic, minced
3 Tbsp tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire
1/2 tsp cocoa powder (optional)
1/2 tsp red wine vinegar
Your favorite chili seasoning packet, or use my favorite dry spice blend (see below)
Recipe
Brown beef hard on medium-high.
Add onion and all peppers. Cook 5–7 minutes until soft.
Add garlic & stir in tomato paste. Cook til darkened.
Add all dry seasoning. Bloom for 30-45 seconds.
Add tomatoes, broth, beans, Worcestershire, cocoa. Bring to a simmer.
Simmer uncovered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Adjust salt & stir in ½ tsp red wine vinegar if needed).

*My ultimate dry spice chili blend
2 Tbsp ancho chili powder
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp mexican oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp white pepper (optional)
1 Tbsp masa harina
