RECIPE:
Ingredients:
1. Garam masala: 1 tbsp
2. Ginger: 1 pc
3. Garlic: 8 cloves
4. Green chili: 7 pcs
5. Coriander leaves
6. Curry leaves
7. Yogurt: 2 tbsp
8. Chicken: 500 g
9. Salt as required
10. Oil as required
11. Fried onion: 2
12. Lemon juice: 1 ½ tbsp
Process:
STEP 1:
a. Into a mixer, add ingredients (1 to 8).
b. Grind them well.
STEP 2:
a. Add the masala prepared into the chicken.
b. Combine them well.
c. Add some mint leaves and curry leaves and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
STEP 3:
a. Cut garlic and chili as shown in the video.
STEP 4:
a. Into a pan, add oil.
b. Semi fry garlic, red chili, and curry leaves.
c. Now fry the chicken in the same oil.
STEP 5:
a. Into a pan, add fried onion, mint leaves, and fried ingredients.
b. Combine them well.
Serve the dish hot as a side dish to fried rice, paratha, nan, or any other Indian delicacies.
