🥦 Ingredients – Gobi Dry Chili
For Crispy Gobi:
• Cauliflower (gobi), florets
• All-purpose flour
• Corn flour
• Salt to taste
• Red chili powder – a pinch
• Water
• Oil for deep frying
For Mild Chili Sauce:
• Ghee
• Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
• Garlic – 2–3 cloves (finely chopped)
• Ginger – small piece (finely chopped)
• Salt to taste
• Sugar – a pinch
• Hot sauce (mild)
• Soy sauce
• Tomato ketchup
• Spring onion
• Vinegar
• Water
How to Make Kid-Friendly Gobi Dry Chili
1. Prepare a smooth batter using flour, corn flour, salt, chili powder, and water.
2. Coat the cauliflower florets and deep-fry until crispy and golden.
3. Heat ghee in a pan, sauté ginger, garlic, and onion lightly.
4. Add salt, sugar, hot sauce, soy sauce, and tomato ketchup.
5. Add little water and vinegar to form the sauce.
6. Add spring onion and mix well.
7. Toss the fried gobi in the sauce until well coated.
8. Serve hot and crispy.
