Today I had a train to Rome (I'm a student away from home) at 13:00, and at 12:00 I was still connecting the irrigation system and planting my girls' seeds. I installed a pump that absorbs water from a 20-litre tank (outside the cultivation tent) connected to a smart plug. Above them is a Mars Hydro TS600 that lights up at 16-8. Under them there are mats that regulate the soil temperature between 20.5 and 23 degrees, thanks to a thermostat.
And then (as you can see on the right) a fan heater outside the cultivation tent, only in fan mode, which I also turn on from a Tapo socket, but only when and if they grow. 🙏🏻
I control the humidity and temperature of the cultivation tent using an intelligent thermo-hygrometer.
Anyway, I left my seeds to root, and even though not all of them were ready yet, I planted them today.
I hope they last a month without me, 600 km away. 😭
Any more tips for next time?
P.S. I'll keep an eye on everything using my Tapo C425.
