Today I’m making soft pickled peppers stuffed with creamy feta.
Perfect for sandwiches, boards, or as a snack.

Ingredients :
● 500 g peppers
● 270 g feta cheese
● 150 g cream cheese
● 2 garlic cloves
● Olive oil & favorite herbs
● 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
● 3.5 tbsp sugar
● A pinch of salt
● 700 ml water

Process (step-by-step):
○ Bring water, vinegar, sugar, and salt to a boil.
Add cleaned peppers and cook covered for 9–10 minutes until soft.
Transfer to cold water.
○ Mix feta, cream cheese, and garlic until smooth.
Transfer to a piping bag.
Fill each pepper.
○ Place peppers in a jar.
Cover with olive oil and add herbs.
Ending

■ Peppers are ready to eat immediately.
Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
