Chili Con Queso On The Grill?

I’m starting a new series, called Recipes By The Garden. In Episode one, I show you guys how to make my Chili Con Queso Recipe On The Grill. Smokey Chili con queso made on the grill is one of the newest and biggest trends in the BBQ world, so I had to get involved to show my queso recipe.

This queso recipe is also gluten free. I used cheese from HEB, which is gluten free. This queso recipe is made mostly from fresh ingredients. The cheese is the only processed ingredients, so this recipe is pretty much naturally gluten free.

I used three kind of cheeses in this queso recipe, American, Monterey Pepper Jack and Muenster cheese. You will also need three roma tomatoes, three large jalapenos, three cloves of garlic, cilantro, 1 tspb of onion powder, 1 tspb garlic powder and 1 tspb Paprika, and two tspb of coriander. Finally, you will need one pound of 80/20 ground chuck hamburger meat.

Queso is a classic Tex Mex cheese dip and it makes a great summer appetizer idea for any get together or BBQ. Your queso is sure to be a hit and this version has an extra smoked queso flavor that is sure to be an unique appetizer at any party.
