Chile Relleno

Hi guys! Recently, I started cooking mexican dishes at home. Even though, in a place where I live not all items can be found (and even delivered) I still try to do my best to follow authentic taste and look. Today, I made a Chile Relleno. Please let me know if this looks as ok?

* it’s not AI btw, even beer is real, as well as all the stuff out of the photo, that I have to clean xD
