Detailed Recipe:
Ingredients
Ground dry red chillies πΆοΈ (10-15, depending on your spice level)
10 Garlic Cloves π§
1 Onion π§
Soy sauce – 1 spoon
Saltπ§ – required amount
Jaggery powder
Oil (I have used groundnut oil, you can use any oil you prefer except coconut oil)
Instructions
Heat the oil on a low flame and before it starts sizzling, infuse the oil with some chopped garlic and onions on a low flame until they start to turn golden brown.
Pulse dry red chillies in a mixer grinder without adding any water to get the flakes. Add a pinch of salt, a spoon of soy sauce, a pinch of jaggery powder and mix well.
Pour the hot oil over the red chilli mixture and let it settle, Give it all a mix and let the oil cool down. Once done, store it in an air tight container π« and enjoy with your favourite dumplings, ramen, noodles, rice, or literally anything you like to spice up πΆοΈ
