Method:
Take minced meat and add chopped onion, bread, green chili, coriander, cumin, garam masala, chili powder, salt, red chilli powder, and a little oil. Mix well and rest for 20–30 minutes. Shape onto skewers or into logs. Shallow fry or grill until golden and juicy. In the same pan, sauté onions & capsicum, add kebabs back, toss gently, and serve hot with chutney or naan.
