I am looking to buy this light for my chilli seedlings as I have two lights from temu that I bought a while ago when I didn't know that much about lighting for plants, would anyone recommend this or any other suggestions?

yes, i have exactly this. very good light. install a lux meter on ur phone and make sure ur peeps get like 10-13k lux.
