Creamy Roasted Red Pepper Soup — smooth, rich, and ready in about 30 minutes with the Magical Butter Machine.
Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp Magical Olive Oil
• 4 roasted red bell peppers, chopped
• ½ red onion, chopped
• 1½ cups half & half cream
• ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
• Salt + pepper
• Basil + lemon zest
Quick How-To:
Run olive oil, red pepper flakes, and onion at 160°F for 10 minutes. Add peppers and cream, then continue at 160°F for another 20 minutes. Season, adjust thickness if needed, garnish, and serve.
