Hi everybody! Recently, I found a corn cob in my fridge and decided to save it so it wouldn't go bad. After looking up in the internet for Mexican recipes, I found Mexican street corn soup. So… I repeated it. It turned out even better than I expected! A great combination of cheese, mexican creme, corn (and the rest in the broth) and tajin on top. I fried tortilla and It went great along, almost a corn salsa xD. Let me know what you think and if it looks like something you would order in a cafe/restaurant 🙂
