My wife & I bought these a while ago from a Mexican market here in Anchorage AK. Now I'm reorganizing our pantry, & for the life of me, I can't remember what they are (are the red ones Chile de árbol?).
Also, do I need to to store them any way else than sealed, dark & cool?
