β’ Mint leaves β 1 cup
β’ Coriander β Β½ cup
β’ Green chilli β 1 (optional)
β’ Ginger β Β½ tsp
β’ Lemon juice β 1Β½ tbsp
β’ Ice cubes β 2β3
β’ Salt β ΒΌ tsp
Mayo Base
β’ Veg mayonnaise β ΒΎ cup
β’ Fresh cream β 2 tbsp
Seasoning
β’ Black pepper β ΒΌ tsp
β’ Sugar β Β½ tsp

π₯ METHOD
1οΈβ£ Blend mint, coriander, chilli, ginger, lemon juice, salt & ice into a smooth paste (no water).
2οΈβ£ In a bowl mix mayo + cream.
3οΈβ£ Add 3β4 tbsp mint paste, pepper & sugar.
4οΈβ£ Whisk till creamy & light green.
5οΈβ£ Refrigerate 15β20 minutes before use.
