Easy Chili Recipe | INSTANT POT Chili with Beef and Beans | RV Living – My easy chili recipe is what’s for dinner on a regular basis in my RV living full time lifestyle. If you’ve never made Instant Pot Chili, well you’re in for a treat. I love healthy instant pot recipes, because it’s easy to use the electric pressure cooker and clean-up when cooking in a van – like this beef chili recipe. I used to make crockpot chili until I discovered the Instant Pot which is amazing for van life cooking. Why? Because in my campervan cooking, it’s a small space for full time RV living and you need to adapt but you can still cook healthy instant pot recipes like this homemade chili.
Full time RV living doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy cooking just because your RV kitchen is smaller. If you have a slow cooker, you can cook this beef chili as well, just cook for around 3-4 hours instead of the 10 minutes in the Instant Pot pressure cooker.
