Ingredients
-Green chilli sauce :
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 small onion
1 tbsp garlic cloves
1 tbsp ginger chunks
1 small potato
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp dry coriander
1-2 litres Water
250g green chillies
1 cup white vinegar
1-2 pinch green food colour

Tamarind sauce
500g tamarind
Hot water
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1.5 tsp white cumin seeds
4 tbsp sugar
