2 weeks since the first seedlings popped out, is this decent progress, or are they a bit behind?
What’s likely to have caused the two in the bottom right to curl thier leaves up and not grow much?
How big should the 2nd leaves be before I start to pot up into bigger pots?

They look great! I find my seedlings grow pretty slow but I don’t have the best light set up for them. Definitely keep an eye on the roots too. I’ve had some that had roots that outgrew their starter pot but only just start to grow it’s first two true leaves, then putting them in a bigger pot they just exploded in growth.
Forgot to answer your last Q. I usually wait until the second set of leaves start to grow.
