    1 lb Ground Beef
    1 lb Ground Pork
    2 Tbs Avocado Oil
    1 Onion
    2 Cloves Garlic
    1 Tbs Tomato Paste
    1 tsp Kinder’s Garlic and Herb
    1 tsp Oregano
    1 tsp Chili Powder
    1 tsp Cumin
    1 tsp Paprika
    1 tsp Tabasco Sauce (add more if you want it spicy)
    1 28 oz Can Crushed Tomatoes
    1 Cup Beef Stock
    1 Tbs Sugar
    3 Cans Drained Pinto Beans
    Salt & Pepper to Taste

    Mix beef and pork in a bowl. In a Dutch oven add avocado oil. Add the beef/pork mixture and sauté until fully cooked. Add the diced onion, garlic, tomato paste, Kinder’s garlic and herb, oregano, chili powder, cumin, paprika & Tabasco sauce. Stir and sauté for 3 minutes. Pour in the crushed tomatoes, beef stock, sugar and pinto beans. Cover and simmer on low heat for one hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy
