🍗 Recipe Card – Roasted Chili Chicken

Ingredients
Butter 20 grams
Garlic (finely chopped)5 grams
Cherry tomatoes 90 grams
Red capsicum 90 grams
Sriracha sauce 30 grams
Lemon juice 10 grams
Fresh mint 5 grams
Salt 2 grams
Black pepper 1 grams
Chicken powder 3 grams
Thai red chili 2 pieces
For Garnish – Balsamic Vinegar Reduction
Balsamic vinegar 100 ml
Honey or brown sugar (optional) 10 grams

Method
Heat a pan on medium heat and add butter. Add chopped garlic and sauté until light golden. Add cherry tomatoes and red capsicum and lightly sauté. Add sriracha sauce and cook until well mixed. Add lemon juice, salt, black pepper, chicken powder, and fresh mint. Cook on low heat until the sauce becomes glossy. Place the cooked chicken on a serving plate. Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken. Drizzle balsamic vinegar reduction on top. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and Thai red chili.
