A few weeks ago all of my lifetime rewards points were cleared and my fire status was removed. I didn't have anything too crazy (a little over 20k life time points) But I submitted a customer service request and have yet to hear anything back. Has anyone else had a similar issue?

Same thing happen to me, I just sent one, also checkout doesn’t work, so I have to use the shuffle food option
