For Masala Mix
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Cumin powder – ½ tsp
Chaat masala – ½ tsp
Peri peri masala – ½ tbsp
Amchur powder – ½ tsp
Pasta masala – ½ tbsp
For Namkeen
Boiled pasta
Cornflour – 1 tbsp
Maida – 1 tbsp
Salt & pepper powder – to taste
Oil – for deep frying
Method
1. Add boiled pasta to a bowl.
2. Sprinkle cornflour, maida, salt and pepper. Mix gently till pasta is well coated.
3. Heat oil on medium flame.
4. Deep fry the pasta in batches till crisp and golden.
5. Remove on tissue paper to drain excess oil.
6. While the pasta is still hot, add all the prepared masala mix.
7. Toss well till every piece is nicely coated.
8. Let it cool completely, then serve or store in an airtight container.
