Ingredients
6 egg yolks, 3 tablespoons cream cheese, 4 tablespoons fresh cream, 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 medium sized avacado, 1 tsp chilli flakes, 1 tsp dried parsley, 1 tsp dried rose Mary, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 onion finely chopped , 3 tsp pickled cucumber (if you don’t have skip it) , 1/2 cup corn (streamed or boiled- has to be fried in pan, add 2 pinch of salt when frying, while frying also add 2 finely chopped garlic, for that burnt garlic flavour) finely chopped coriander leaves or cilantro , juice of 1/2 lemon.
Mix well and pipe them into the egg yolk.
All these above items are available in zepto, blink it, nuts and spice , and all super markets. And not expensive, and if you feel lazy to buy and make it, plz don’t make it. 😝
Egg whites to be coated with chilli flakes and crushed Szechwan pepper, what I’ve used is Korean chilli flakes and Szechwan pepper is available on Amazon.
