My carolina reaper sprouts have a white coating on the soil. worried it is mold growing. I bottom water probably twice a week for maybe 15 minutes in a miracle grow liquid feed diluted into water and let the soil mostly dry between watering. Any advise is welcome.

Probably dried minerals from your tap water. Dont worry so much
