INGREDIENTS
FOR DEEP FRYING:
½ cup maida / plain flour / all purpose flour
¼ cup corn flour
¼ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder / lal mirch powder
¼ tsp pepper, crushed
¼ tsp ginger garlic paste
¼ tsp salt
½ cup water
8Ā cup mushroom,Ā halves
oil for deep frying
OTHER INGREDIENTS:
3Ā tspĀ oil
2Ā cloveĀ garlic,Ā finely chopped
1Ā inchĀ ginger,Ā finely chopped
2Ā green chilli,Ā chopped
2Ā tbspĀ tomato sauce (optional)
¼ tsp pepper, crushed
¼ tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS
firstly, prepare the sauce by heatingĀ 3 tsp oil and 2 green chilli.
furthermore, add ¼ onion, saute slightly till the blisters appear.
now add 2 tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp pepper, ¼ and ¼ tsp salts
add in fried mushroom and mix gently.
finally, serveĀ chilli mushroom withĀ fried rice.
