I bought this a start from a nursery, labeled as scotch bonnets. I think from the stem and leaf it’s a type of annum (definitely not Chinense) but I have no idea what kind. It kind of tastes like a spicy bell pepper. It had white peppers, white seeds, thin walls. The whole plant was very slow to produce fruit and ripen (but that was probably my fault I didn’t really know what I was doing).
I just posted about growing actual scotch bonnets and wondered about this guy, so I thought maybe one of you might know. Somehow it’s still alive outside despite being dumped on through multiple atmospheric rivers! (and getting 0 help from me lol)
