Recipe:
2 lbs ground beef
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 onion
2 15oz cans of tomato
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp all spice
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup chili powder
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener 2 tbsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup cheddar cheese for topping
Instructions:
In large heated pan add ground beef stirring until browned. Once complete you can remove grease as desired (I leave a few tablespoons)
Add chopped onion and garlic, if you are wanting to dress chili at end save some raw onion on the side
Once everything is translucent add in the rest of the ingredients. Leave covered on low heat for 1 hour to incorporate stirring often
This recipe is traditional served with a pasta so use your favorite pasta alternative or spaghetti squash. Top with onion and cheese as desired and enjoy!
